COURSE FEES MUST BE RECEIVED A MINIMUM OF 15 DAYS BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF THE SCHEDULED COURSE TO QUALIFY AS ADVANCED PAY. MASTER CARD AND VISA CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED. CREDITS EXPIRE AFTER 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF REGISTERED COURSE.
Examination must be arranged with exam provider. Exam fees must be paid
direct to Exam Provider. The application may be downloaded from
